The programme is designed for early career researchers embarking on an academic career at a research university.
Postdocs, researchers and associate professors who are employees at UiB are invited to apply. The candidate must be under the age of 40 or have being awarded the PhD degree less than 5 years ago, not including statutory leaves. Employees on a temporary contract must have a minimum of one year remaining on their contract.
