Det nærmer seg tid for Cristin-rapportering igjen.
Det du som forsker må gjøre:
- Innen 31. januar 2021 skal forskerne ha registrert alle vitenskapelige publikasjoner for 2020 i Cristin. Artiklene som ikke er importert, registreres manuelt.
- Innen 31. januar 2021 skal forskerne ha påført finansiørens prosjektnummer i Cristin. Alle vitenskapelige publikasjoner knyttet til et prosjekt finansiert av Forskningsrådet, EU eller andre finansiører som krever åpen tilgang, skal påføres finansiørens prosjektnummer i Cristin.
- Innen 31. januar 2021 skal forskeren påse at en fagfellevurdert fulltekstversjon av alle vitenskapelige artikler er lastet opp på posten i Cristin. Forfatters aksepterte versjon skal lastes opp, med mindre forfatter med sikkerhet vet at utgiver tillater tilgjengeliggjøring av den publiserte versjonen. Se veiledning for opplasting av artikler i Cristin. NB! Dette gjelder kun vitenskapelige artikler.

It is soon time to report in the Cristin-system (Current Research Information System in Norway) for 2020.
As a researcher, you need to:
- By January 31, 2021 all researchers must check that all their scientific publications for 2020 are registered in Cristin.The articles that are not imported, must be manually registered.
- By January 31, 2021 the project code to all research publications that are connected to projects funded by the Research Council, EU or other funders that require open access, must be registered in Cristin. Please see this tutorial on how to register project codes in Cristin.
- By January 31, 2021 researchers must ensure that a peer reviewed full-text version of all research articles is uploaded in Cristin. The author’s accepted manuscript must be uploaded, unless the author has made sure that the publisher permits the published version of the article to be made openly available. Please see this tutorial on how to upload articles in Cristin. NB! You only need to do this with scientific publications.
