The method of opening files exported from your secure desktop in SAFE has been changed. The method described here will work if you use a UiB computer or if you connect to desktop.uib.no using Remote Desktop software. The files you have exported a located under: “Safe Import Export (U:)”. From here you can browse to <server name>\Export, where <server name> should be replace with the name of the secure desktop you exported from. To decrypt the files, right-click on the folder, choose 7-Zip followed by “Open archive” from the drop-down menu.
