New service portal launch 11 November / Ny tjenesteportal lanseres 11. november

On November 11, Issue-tracker will close and a new system will take over. Issues already submitted in the issue-tracker system will be completed there.

The University of Bergen is introducing a new system for all types of user inquiries – a single, common service portal for employees and students. The new system will replace the current Issue tracker and will be an information base for user guides and descriptions of procedures. The new service portal is being launched on 11. November 2019.

11. november stenger Brukerstøtte/Issue-tracker, og blir erstattet med et nytt system. Saker som allerede er meldt inn, vil bli ferdigbehandlet i issue-tracker.

UiB skal innføre et nytt system for alle typer brukerhenvendelser – én felles tjenesteportal for både ansatte og studenter. Systemet skal erstatte dagens Issue tracker og være en informasjonsbase for brukerveiledninger og rutinebeskrivelser ved UiB. Den nye tjenesteportalen lanseres 11. november 2019.
