Refund of travel and tickets / Refusjon av kansellerte reiser og billetter
We receive several questions how to write and post cancelled travels and tickets. The criterion is that you first follow the instructions as described in UiB’s website, Coronavirus – information for students and employees (contact travel insurance, cancellations etc.) If the guidance is followed and there still are costs that must be paid, this will be covered by UiB. This must be documented in the travel claim. Contact the department/your economist if you have any doubts how to post your travel claim/reimbursement.
