HMS / HSE

Meld HMS-avvik her
Report HSE non-conformities here

UiB har no innført nytt registreringssystem for HMS-avvik. Alle avvik skal no registrerast via UiBhjelp.

Det er 4 ulike kategoriar:

  • IT-sikkerhetshedelse
  • Bygningsrelaterte behov
  • Brot på informasjonssikkerhet og personvern
  • HMS-avvik (uønska hendingar som har ført til eller kan føre til skade på menneske, miljø og materielle verdiar)

UiB has now introduced a new registration system for HSE breaches. All breaches must be registered via UiBhelp.

There are 4 different categories:

– IT security incidents
– Building-related need
– Breaches and adverse events regarding personal data and information security
– HSE non-conformities (adverse events and matters that have resulted in or may result in harm to people, the environment and material values)
