All IGS employees have received a copy of the IGS Restructuring Evaluation conducted in 2018. I am currently visiting all the different Sections at IGS to get further input. Thus far, it seems that a major challenge is to secure sufficient information flow and to ensure participation in discussions and decisions, without necessitating too many regular meetings.
