The leadership at UiB and Folkehelseinstituttet (FHI) had their annual collaboration meeting this month, and I had the opportunity to attend. IGS and FHI have longstanding collaborations in many areas. We would like to continue to expand this collaboration. FHI is a partner in Alrek helseklynge, and is looking for opportunities to strengthen and support research relevant for primary care – as are we at IGS. I encourage you all to look for research collaboration with FHI.
We are currently planning the process for deveoping IGS’ new research strategy. Next week, this will be one topic at the research group leader meeting. Take a look at the current strategy and let me know if you have opinions!
