Understanding and addressing inequality
Sustainability, social justice and hope
Bergen, 7-17 June 2022
How can we understand and engage inequality? Next summer, we use notions and realities of inequality as lenses for scrutinizing processes of socio-economic, political, and environmental transformations. Six parallel courses will focus on key global challenges, including climate change, governance, economic experiments, higher education, the arts, food security, gender, and the environmental crisis.
In joint sessions on systems thinking and creative interdisciplinary problem-solving and project management, supported by crosscutting keynotes and virtual social events, we offer 100 PhD candidates an opportunity to develop their skills for building actionable knowledge. Apply by 1 February 2022.
