Alle vitenskapelige publikasjoner knyttet til et prosjekt finansiert av Forskningsrådet, EU eller andre finansiører som krever åpen tilgang, skal påføres finansiørens prosjektnummer i Cristin. Se veiledning for registrering av prosjektnummer i Cristin.
Forskeren skal påse at en fagfellevurdert fulltekstversjon av alle vitenskapelige artikler er lastet opp på posten i Cristin. Forfatters aksepterte versjon skal lastes opp, med mindre forfatter med sikkerhet vet at utgiver tillater tilgjengeliggjøring av den publiserte versjonen. Se veiledning for opplasting av artikler i Cristin.
- Innen 31. januar 2022 skal forskerne sjekke alle vitenskapelige publikasjoner for 2021 i Cristin. Artiklene som ikke er importert, registreres manuelt.
- Innen 31. januar 2022 skal forskerne ha påført finansiørens prosjektnummer i Cristin.
- Innen 31. januar 2022 skal forskeren påse at en fagfellevurdert fulltekstversjon av alle vitenskapelige artikler er lastet opp på posten i Cristin.

It is required to register the project code in Cristin to publications that are financed by the Research Council of Norway, EU or other funders that require open access. It is also recommended to register the project code of all publications that are part of externally financed projects. Please see this tutorial on how to register project codes in Cristin.

- By 31 January 2022, researchers must check all their scientific publications for 2021 in Cristin. Articles that are not imported must registered manually.
- By 31 January 2022, the researchers must have entered the financier’s project number in Cristin.
- By 31 January 2022, the researcher must ensure that a peer-reviewed full-text version of all scientific articles is uploaded to the post office in Cristin.
